SPORE'S Chautauqua Art Lab event at the Revisionist Inn this past Fall
SPORE Projects in collaboration with the Revisionist Inn Presents: “In the Burrows of What Lies Beneath” of “What Lies Beneath”.
This exhibition and space is a merging of what was and what is. Inside a physically developing narrative of what’s to come. An ode to Cherokee’s wild seeds of yesteryears and the menagerie of characters who continuously drink from it’s caverns.
In the Burrows of What Lies Beneath is a multi- sensory environment woven throughout two historic buildings and courtyard. From rusted transpositions of antiques to a genuine hand-built Elizabethan theater. Works from the ghoulish savants behind the nearly extinct Cranky Yellow and Pig Slop. Featuring artists associated with Fluxus St Louis, the HomeStay Artist Residency, Mushmaus, and a myriad of others.
